Services which are included in the total price

Energetic consumptions (water, gas, electricity) – pool- solarium sun longer – well-equipped kitchen – Tv color – internet wireless – bath towels and bed linens – football pitch made of synthetic grass.

Pay – services

Private on-site parking: 40,00 € per weeks (reservation required, limited spots) – changing bath towels and bed linens: 10,00€ per person. Other services: bike rental, laundry, organized day trip and excursions. N.B. costs for demanded services must be added to the total price. Final cleaning: 40,00€ for the one room apartment; 50,00€ for the two room apartment. It is mandatory to return the kitchen clean, if not 20,00 € will be charged.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in after 17:00 P.M. - Check-out before 10:00 A.M. The key must be handed back exclusively to the Residence’s Reception. If the apartment is not occupied within 11 am of the next day, we will consider it as a cancellation of the reservation. For a later arrival or earlier departure the total price does not change.

Rules

The access to the Residence is not permitted to those who are not allowed or register from the reception. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartments. Smoking area is outside the building. Thank you! Small animals are allowed prior to the direction’s authorization. Extra cost of 80,00 € and the type and size of the animal must be specified in the reservation’s form.
